HongKong wine and dine festival
The culinary high-point of HongKong wine and dine festival of the year 2009 n has been found to be fast approaching. This HongKong wine and dine festival actually started from 30 October and continued till 1 November 2009 on West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade, The HongKong Wine and Dine Festival is a celebration of food and drink in one of the pre eminent culinary destinations of Asia and is supposed to showcase wines from Chinese and international wineries. The HongKong Wine and Dine Festival this year is organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board that promises to be exhibited with extra delicious features for food.
The 10 day event of the HongKong Wine and Dine Festival to be held on Oct. 30 November is supposed to be wrapped up with various programs and events that will make it one of the most memorable events. The streets will be decorated and closed to traffic so that the performers can mingle with crowds comfortably without any difficulties. And delicious food will be available everywhere from booths and restaurants during the HongKong Wine and Dine Festival.
Special tours during the HongKong Wine and Dine Festival include sunset cocktail cruises of Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong Island tour with dim sum lunch, the popular item there, the seafood and wine buffets on Lamma Island, and special menus at Wan Chai Revolving 66 Restaurant that is considered to be the only revolving restaurant in town.
The Hong Kong Tourist Board has produced guidebooks for visitors who like to go to the HongKong Wine and Dine Festival.
